Even in failure we learn

We made a valiant effort, even getting the opportunity to pollinate a female blossom with a male blossom, but unfortunately we didn’t grow a pumpkin.  The blossom, after pollinating, turned brown and shriveled up.  To say we are disappointed is an understatement.
